Bill Elliot on pole - 2nd week in a row,
Barely a lap down & a horrendous yellow!
Park went flipping - picked up Jr. too,
It's a long clean up for the track crew!

Rudd takes green - single file to the line,
Finally some green laps fronts Elliot's #9.
Second yellow in air - this time it's for rain,
Morgan didn't pit - the lead he gained.

Nemechek leads to restart - after a 2 hour red,
Then in a long green run Sterling pulled ahead.
Thru a green pit cycle - Sterling goes back to #1,
More pit stops at ½ way - in another long run.

Caution 3 is in air - Mike Skinner is out of gas,
Several go in - but the top ten drive on past.
Calculations being made for only 1 more stop,
But word from NASCAR is a 25 lap drop.

Another long green starts bringing 'em in,
Yellow # 4 is flying - due to Jeremy's spin.
Jeff Burton with a flat but makes it around,
Then Nadeau slams hard - he too has one down.

Sterling got a great jump - as green went in air,
Course right behind him - Elliot is still there!
Elliot flies by - was it just a sand bag?
He pulls away and captures the checkered flag.
