ATLANTA, GA - NAPA 500 - 10/27/02

Lined up by points - Stewart sits on top,
But as we get started Andretti gets a bop!
Shortly afterwards it's another yellow for rain,
Now we've gone red - weather is such a pain!

After a 2 hour delay they've dried the track,
Even under yellow, there are changes in the pack.
Finally green flies - leader is Front Row Joe,
But zooming by him is Jeff's rainbow!

A long green run starts bringing 'em in,
Busch leads more green 'til Johnson spins.
Nemechek out first - restart green is in air,
He leads thru ½ way followed by a fast pair.

Stewart catches and passes - he's on a rail,
But needing tires and gas to pits they all bail.
Yellow # 4 - Johnson again spins around,
Made a great save - leaders are all pit bound!

Raindrops bring yellow - then back to green,
Busch pulls away then yellow for rain is seen.
Pace car picks 'em up - Busch pulls behind,
The kid takes 2 in a row at the end line!
