As Rusty takes restart - Sterling taps the 24,
Hornaday behind Rusty - doesn't want to be ignored.
Sterling took lead - as Lapage slides his Kodak,
After all pitting - Rudd took lead and green on the track.

Sterling's behind the wall - his transmission blew,
Then Elliot Saddler slams hard and 5th caution flew.
Back to green - Martin taps Mike's Nation's Rent,
Rudd still leading - but Hornaday too got bent.

Sterling and Jeff come out after laps of repair,
Buckshot, Kenseth, and Hornaday bring yellow to air.
All go pitting - a great stop for team Miller Lite,
Rusty still leading at the ½, as he and Rudd fight.

Eighth caution flying - for Jeff Green and Rick Mast,
Rusty again leads - but Junior and Rudd are coming fast.
Texas Terry black flagged - had a pipe hanging down,
Then a few laps later - he went spinning 'round.

Lead still Rusty's - but behind him Junior's Bud,
Then he pulls over - going by are Stewart and Rudd.
Lap traffic causing havoc running long under green,
Skinner causes next caution - now it's up to the teams.

Spencer penalized for speeding - but reversed after all,
Blaney starts spinning - as Compton and Busch tag the wall.
Rusty takes green restart - Rudd is still on his tail,
Spreading debris is Elliot - as he brings number twelve.

Leaders stayed out - but a few back ones came in,
Rudd took the lead as Rusty wiggled his rear end.
Harvick fights for first - gave Rudd a little tag,
But Rudd tapped back and swipes the checkered flag.
