But back comes Junior - until Mayfield's car spews.

All go pitting - a lot of adjustments being made,
Rudd takes the lead - as the restart green waves.
Junior back on top - 'til Brett Bodine brings #3,
Helluva restart - as Gordon tangles with Ricky.

Caution 4 now flying - Busch sends smoke in air,
Leaders in pit frenzy - but it's Junior out 1st by a hair.
Scary tight restart - as several go three wide,
Gordon and Hornaday touch - sending cars into a slide!

Picked up Martin, Hornaday, Benson and Ward,
Going green - Junior's chased by a Pontiac and 2 Fords.
Trouble in turn 2 - Houston smacked going high,
Stewart out of pits first - but it's Saddler as green flies.

Junior takes back over - then Rudd flies on past,
Into the wall goes Mikey - and it's pits at the half.
Rudd takes restart and leads until yellow eight,
Leaders go pitting - then restart 1-2 Yates.

Again Rudd leading - 'til Blaney's tier blows,
Leaders again in the pits - under ninth yellow.
Restart green flying - Rudd's up front again,
Leads a long green run - 'til Rusty makes him spin.

All go for pit stops - leader is now DJ,
Contact with Stewart - knocks DJ out the way.
Junior takes restart - and never looks back,
Gets his 4th win and American and checkered on the track.
