Saturday night sprints - green in the air,
Benson up front - kickin' it with flare!
Caution one quickly - Stacy out the slot,
Then a quick #2 - round goes Buckshot.

Newman now leader - taking it away,
With a few to go, blown motor ruins his day.
Yellow flies again - Staying out is Benson,
He quickly checked out - advancing to the Winston.

NO BULL SPRINT ( 16 Laps)

Sixteen lap shoot out - it's win or go pack,
Huge crash in two brings yellow on the track.
Todd Bodine restarts 'em - all bang around,
Then Sterling has a tire go down.

Checkered flies - holding on is Bodine,
He advances too - his checkered at the line.

THE WINSTON

Green in the air as the sky fell too,
Rain everywhere and all got loose.
Didn't even get green and we're going red,
Raindrops are falling on our heads.

Finally going green - backup cars let in,
Rusty and Bobby up front going again!
Ward took over and out goes Harvick,
Yellow flying again, Kevin's car is sick.

Restart waves - Ward's still on top,
Hamilton is smoking - he brings pit stops.
Waving green with just a few to go,
Jeremy jumps in front to get the dough.

THE WINSTON - 2ND 30 LAPS

Second 30 lapper - Saddler leading the dance,
'Cuz of the 12 inverted circumstance.
Benson then took lead - 'til Tony slid by,
Gordon comes in 2nd - under checkered Tony flies.

THE WINSTON - FINAL 10

Most went pitting - will it be 2 or 4?
Ten lap shoot out - green door to door.
Sitting on top - 'cuz Ward took two,
Tried to hold 'em off - all he could do.

Gordon jumps to lead - after a scare with DJ,
Every driver wants the big pay day!
Jeff takes checkered - good backup car perks,
Charlotte racing excitement topped with fireworks!
