Jeremy got Rock pole - last time on TNN,
Green flag drops and the Rock starts to spin.
Under the gun action - down in pit row,
All need new rubber and gas to go.

For Micheal's # 7 - first caution flies,
Down into the pits - gas and tires for the wise.
Mayfield again first - for a long green run,
Then Burton took over 'til Robby Gordon spun.

Jet blowers out - green waves in air,
Rusty is leading - 'til the backstretch scare.
Picked up Spencer, Skinner, and Martin's six,
Most go in for a tire and gas fix.

At restart - it's Rusty's number 2,
Mayfield took over - 'til caution 4 flew.
Texas Terry got loose and slid his rear,
Mayfield got restart and crossed flags here.

Caution 5 flies - Mikey's tapping wall four,
Now into the pits all the leaders pour.
Yellow again - out goes Junior's number 8,
On restart - Mayfield's 1st out the gate.

Yellow # 7 - Lapage and Marlin tangle,
A fast pit set & good jump is the angle.
Rudd out front - then it's Burton's 99,
Battles all over - paint and tires grind.

One helluva blaze comes from pit row,
Smoke everywhere brings 8th yellow.
On restart - tempers are just as hot,
Up front fight - 'til Mikey's engine shot.

After pits - the leader is Ford's DJ,
Hope the crews and firemen are okay.
Checkered now waving high in the air,
First win at the Rock - for DJ's Quality Care.
