Track is clean - time to go, go go!

5th yellow falls - for Park's Penzoil,
Another quick yellow - DW's spreadin' oil!
Then caution #7 - brings tires and gas,
Fans all cheer - as their driver's pass.

DJ's engine gone in his Batman 88,
As Gordon took the $ of the ½ way gate.
Caution again - Wally, Johnny, & Rick,
Leaders come down gettin' service quick!

Up to speed - Bobby & Terry get sideways,
Picked up several - making a smoke haze!
Long green run - 'til Dick Trickle's on Irvan,
Ready for green - again they are swervin'!

Martin still leadin' - chased by Burton Guys,
All day long - driver's fall & rise.
Hot long day - lots kissed the wall,
But Martin held 'em off - to win it all!!!!!!!!!
